As it’s mental health awareness week it’s good to stop and think about how parents look after themselves so that they can be at their best to support their children. We encourage the parents to try new things, develop new skills and have some fun with their peers every week, all of which can play a big part in supporting their mental health. This week the parents turned their hand to some floral artistry and each family got to take home the beautiful arrangement they had made. Parents left feeling positive, relaxed and connected.
