Wellbeing Group

Our wellbeing group has recently moved outdoors after taking place on zoom for the past few months. It was great to kick start things with a fitness session at the beach!

Prior to this the group have been meeting weekly to explore different topics which relate to their wellbeing.

These have included;

  • Believing in yourself
  • How mistakes help you grow
  • Being persistent
  • Being grateful
  • Being unique
  • How challenges make you stronger
  • Effort is key
  • Love learning
  • Be kind
  • What difference are you making in the world today

The parents really committed to exploring these themes and reflecting on themselves and those around them.

Now that the group has moved outdoors we also have yoga, outdoor cooking and drumming to music planned.
