The Plan was many months in the making, and we received considerable help from Community Enterprise’s Accelerate programme for which we are very grateful. Families, staff and trustees, as well as supporters of the project, were all involved in the process.
What emerged was a statement of our shared values and vision for Stepping Stones and for our families. The Plan sets out how we all intend to deliver on that. It reminds us that together we make a difference.
